ABOUT THE EXAM STUDY/PREP SESSION

This review/study prep session will be available on Zoom only – see the link below and will be recorded so we may share this with future exam takers.

PART 1: Linzy will share tips on how to study for the VCH exam.  This includes paying attention to italics, creating flashcards for glossary terms and to the pesticide section of the manual, to name a few.

PART 2:  Linzy will share examples from the exam on what the types of questions are asked and their format. Some sample questions will be shared.

PART 3: This section will focus on how to study for the ID portion of the exam with some sample ID photos.    Linzy will share tips on how to best identify a plant, clues of what to look for, and how to create your own study materials on-line.  She will also share information on the grading system used, which includes a partial point system.
