DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED;  NEW DATE TO BE DETERMINED.\n\nSeptember 9\, 2026 (Wednesday)\n5:30 – 7:00 PM \nTurf Field Management Tour\nMiddlebury College Campus \n72 Porter Field Road\nMiddlebury\, VT  05753 \nRefreshments will be served.  There is no fee to attend.\n \nCome walk the athletic fields of Middlebury College with Taylor Quesnel\, Athletic Crew Chief\, and Chris Kneale\, Sports Turf Specialist from the Tom Irwin Corporation(opens in new tab)\,with over 50 acres of athletic surfaces and over 50% of the student body participating in sports.   Middlebury College has a wide variety of fields\, both artificial and natural. Come tour the fields and learn about all the details related to construction\, maintenance\, and management of both these turf fields.  Also on tap will be samples of the equipment and techniques used in their management practices.  We hope to see you there!
